• Have been heading the clinical sciences as Chairperson since Nov 2019 – till date. 
• Have been in charge of Quality and Patient Safety of RAK College of Dental Sciences and RAK College of Dental Sciences Medical Center since 2019- till date. 
• Have successfully conducted and completed Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation for RAK College of Dental Sciences Medical Center, 17th to 19th Jan 2021. 
• Have successfully designed and implemented the Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) for the dental clinics within RAK College of Dental Sciences. 
• Designing the HIMS for RAK College of Dental Sciences Medical Center, which should be implemented by Jun 2023.
